There are very few places in world that you can get the experience you can from being outdoors in Montana, and Northern Montana is the place to do it.
Golfing in Montana is it’s own experience entirely, from not really knowing what the weather is going to do, to the wildlife that may join you on the golf courses. Montana weather is probably going to be your worst enemy, from month to month, regardless of the season, it is very likely that you will see snow. As a Montana native, there have been countless occasions where I am turning on the heater full blast, to changing the heater to the A/C by noon, only to have to turn around and put the heater back on by early evening. It is very hard to acclimate to Montana weather, so make sure you have a variable of clothing with you know matter what you are planning on doing.
In the Kalispell area you have many golf courses to choose from, and each one is beautiful and special. You will enjoy your time on the greens no matter where you decide to spend your afternoon.

Big Mountain and Eagle Bend Golf Courses- Big Mountain and Eagle Bend are just minutes from each other, so don’t let the different towns fool ya. Both of these wonderful golf courses has a number of articles and have been rated statewide and nationally in several golf magazines such as, Golf Digest, Golfweek, and Golf Magazine. So try both of them out, they are both amazing.
